DR. MICHAEL ACHEAMPONG
Dr. Michael Acheampong graduated with a doctoral degree in Geography and served as professor across different institutions such as Oklahoma State University and Suffolk University. Michael is also a Data Analytics Engineer with experience of building data engineering and analytics infrastructure across domains including health, finance, and energy industry. He holds several certifications including but not limited to AWS Big Data Specialty, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, and Azure Data Engineering Associate.
Course Modules
Our program is structured into four modules, each lasting approximately one month. At the end of each module, you will apply your learning to a project to assess your progress and understanding of the material.
Data Analysis
In this module, we will provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of data analysis. Using Microsoft Excel, you will learn how to think critically about data, structure your analysis, and effectively present your findings. To assess your understanding, we will conclude the module with a capstone project that will challenge you to apply your knowledge in a real-world scenario.
Visualization
After building a solid foundation in data analysis, we will guide you through the next step in your data analytics journey by introducing you to data visualization with Tableau. You will learn how to effectively communicate data insights by building interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to explore and answer important business questions. By the end of this module, you will be able to confidently create and share impactful data visualizations
Extraction
In this module, we will introduce you to relational databases and how to retrieve data using SQL and Python, the two most popular languages for data analysis. With this new skillset, you will be able to efficiently manage and manipulate large datasets, unlocking deeper insights and opportunities for analysis.

The program runs over a period of four months.
The short answer is no. Our primary responsibility is to train and equip you with the skills needed for a job interview. It’s up to the employer to assess your skills and fit for the role. However, we are confident that if you go through our curriculum and demonstrate mastery of the content through homeworks and projects, employers will be attracted to you.
No, students are not expected to come into the program with any prior experience. All you need is your computer, the ability to do basic math and willingness to learn.
It takes at most one week for a student to receive a decision from the point of submitting an application. Prior to receiving a decision, an informal interview will be scheduled between an instructor and the student to ensure that the program is a fit for the career goals of a student.
Yes, we have several payment options to help student cover the cost. Just note that, we require 20% deposit to secure your spot in the course.
Yes, we will provide a full refund if student decides to drop out from course within the first two weeks.
